Frank Ocean Just Dropped Two New Songs

At the conclusion of another excruciating week, Frank Ocean is offering up a combined seven minutes and 13 seconds of sweet, sweet bliss in the form of two (sort of) new songs, available on streaming services now.

“Cayendo” and “Dear April” first made the rounds at Frank Ocean’s PrEP+ club nights in October 2019. Both records have floated on the Internet in various iterations ever since—if you’re an avid follower of the R&B singer, you might have spotted the Justice remix of “Dear April” or the Sango remix of “Cayendo” in the wild before today. For now, the singles have been released on streaming services solely in acoustic form. We’ll take what we can get.

In order to legally obtain the A-side and B-side versions of Frank’s newest tracks, fans were required to order them on vinyl. A first batch of those vinyls recently shipped to a select number of lucky recipients.

Listen to acoustic versions of both tracks below.
