‘Saved by the Bell’ star Dustin Diamond gets a get well card
on a race car
It’s
a
get-well-soon
car
wrap
for
Dustin
Diamond.
The
“Saved
by
the
Bell”
star
is
getting
a
little
encouragement
in
his
fight
against
stage
4
cancer
from
an
upbeat
message
plastered
on
the
hot
wheels
of
NASCAR
driver
Josh
Bilicki,
TMZ
reported.
Racing
fans
will
get
their
first
peek
when
NASCAR
Cup
Series
kicks
off
in
February
at
Daytona.
Insurance
King
biggie
Dan
Block,
who’s
both
a
Diamond
pal
and
a
Bilicki
sponsor,
is
behind
the
good
will
message.
Diamond
and
Block
are
so
close
that
the
’90s
star
is
an
Insurance
King
pitchman.
The
wrap
is
a
colorful
mashup
tribute
to
Diamond’s
work
—
his
“Bell”
role
as
Screech
and
his
commercials,
the
rendering
on
TMZ.com
shows.
On
the
door
is
“Get
well
soon,
Dustin!”
On
the
rear
side
panel
is
Diamond’s
photo
and
on
the
hood
reads
“Saved
by
the
King,”
a
line
that
Diamond
tosses
out
in
one
of
his
spots.
In
the
ad,
Diamond
gets
pulled
over
for
speeding.
The
cop
wants
to
know
how
he
can
possibly
afford
car
insurance
with
so
many
tickets.
Diamond’s
answer:
“C’mon.
I’m
saved
by
the
King.”
